My heart is just fine! I’m off to my favorite B&N for story time. Armed with my new Educator’s Discount and weekly coupon, I’m buying “Hunger Games”! I’ll let you know tomorrow morning if my heart is beating any faster, though…

Dani, all I can say is that this obsession takes precedent over anything Twilight in my world. Yes, I just admitted that. Don’t stone me.

Lori…so I MIGHT possibly be happening to be in the process of maybe making something fabulous for tomorrow which WILL incite a happy squeal from you…

So, I have a question that is only very loosely based on this glorious book trailer: is Stephen King the Samuel L. Jackson of the publishing world?

I woke up Saturday morning with a whole day of nothing to do. I pulled out “Hunger Games” at 6:30 and read it straight through (OK, so I stopped to help make our mandatory eggs, sausage and banana pancake breakfast… and later made some cookies, too). By 2:30, I was asking for more book allowance to go get “Catching Fire”! What a fascinating story! I don’t think it’s going to upend “Twilight” as my favorite YA, but it’s pretty darn close! And, for the record, my mean husband says I have to wait for next week’s book allowance. Feel free to abuse him on his facebook page…. =P

If you don’t already have a line to borrow your copy Mary – I’m next! I’m sure I’d getter quicker from you than my sister… especially since you live so much closer… :) I wish I had it right now in this amazing quiet morning I have off with all my men at church. Oh well, another quiet morning will now be in order :)

So did you get Catching Fire yet, Dani? If not, I WILL abuse him on his fb page. Thanks for the permission. ;-)

    Lori, you’re first in line :-D .
